1. Product Covered
This Affiliate Agreement applies only to referrals for the Amazon Influencer Review Training (“Training”). No other products or future offerings are covered unless stated in writing by Automate Prosperity LLC.
2. Commission Structure
Commission: Affiliates earn 70% commission on eligible purchases of the Training that are properly tracked through the affiliate link.
Commissions are calculated on the amount actually paid (excluding taxes/processing fees unless required by your system).
Payments for the Training are one-time purchases (no recurring commissions unless stated at checkout).
3. Payments & Processing
Customer payments: Processed via Stripe.
Affiliate payouts: Paid only via PayPal. No exceptions.
Payout schedule: The 15th of every month for eligible commissions from the prior month.
Minimum payout: $100 or more is required to receive a payout in a given cycle.
If you do not meet the minimum payout in a given month, your balance will roll over to the next payout cycle.
4. Tracking & Cookie Duration
Tracking is handled via unique affiliate links and cookies.
Cookie duration: 7 days from the user’s first click.
Attribution is generally last-click within the cookie window unless the tracking system states otherwise.
No self-referrals: Purchasing through your own affiliate link is not eligible for commissions.
5. Promotional Rules
Allowed: Affiliates may promote the Training via social media, email to their own audience, video content, blogging, and paid advertising, provided all marketing is truthful and compliant.
Not Allowed: The following are prohibited and may result in withheld commissions and/or removal from the program:
Spam, unsolicited messaging, or deceptive tactics
False or misleading claims, including income guarantees
Impersonating Automate Prosperity LLC or representing yourself as an employee/agent
“Cookie stuffing,” forced clicks, or fraudulent tracking
Coupon/deal site promotion without written approval
Bidding on brand terms (e.g., “Automate Prosperity,” “Amazon Influencer Review Training,” or similar branded terms) without written permission
Any promotional method that violates laws, FTC rules, or platform ad policies
FTC Disclosure Required: You must clearly disclose that you may earn a commission anywhere you share affiliate links. Example: “This post contains affiliate links. I may earn a commission at no extra cost to you.”
6. Refunds, Chargebacks & Adjustments
If a purchase is refunded, charged back, deemed fraudulent, or otherwise reversed, the related affiliate commission may be reduced or removed. We reserve the right to hold commissions if we suspect fraud or policy violations.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate any affiliate account at any time for violations of this Agreement, fraud, or unethical promotion. Upon termination, affiliate links may be deactivated and commissions may be withheld or forfeited where permitted by law.
8. Independent Contractor
Affiliates are independent contractors. Nothing in this Agreement creates an employment relationship, partnership, joint venture, or agency.
