1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Automate Prosperity (“Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) and Automate Prosperity LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

2. Description of Services

Automate Prosperity provides digital education, resources, templates, and related content. Offerings may include digital downloads, trainings, communities, and affiliate recommendations. Specific features and products may change over time.

3. Eligibility & Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live).
• If you create an account, you agree to provide accurate information and keep credentials secure.
• You’re responsible for all activity under your account.
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized use.

4. Purchases & Billing

If you purchase a product or service, you authorize us and our payment processors to charge your payment method.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Platform. Prohibited activities include (but are not limited to):

• Spam, unlawful marketing, or violations of privacy laws (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR where applicable)
• Fraud, deception, or illegal activity
• Uploading malware or attempting to hack/exploit systems
• Infringing intellectual property or privacy rights
• Harassment, threats, or harmful content

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, templates, training materials, and resources provided by Automate Prosperity LLC are owned by us or properly licensed and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, resell, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission unless explicitly allowed in writing.

7. Third-Party Tools & Links

We may link to or reference third-party tools (including affiliate links). Third-party services are governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party performance, policy changes, or availability.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Automate Prosperity LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months prior to the event giving rise to the claim (or the minimum amount allowed by law).

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

• Usage data: pages visited, time on site, clicks/interactions

2. How We Use Information

• Process orders and deliver purchases

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers (payment processors, email delivery, analytics, hosting) and where required by law.

1. Product Covered

This Affiliate Agreement applies only to referrals for the Amazon Influencer Review Training (“Training”). No other products or future offerings are covered unless stated in writing by Automate Prosperity LLC.

2. Commission Structure

• Commissions are calculated on the amount actually paid (excluding taxes/processing fees unless required by your system).
• Payments for the Training are one-time purchases (no recurring commissions unless stated at checkout).

3. Payments & Processing

• Customer payments: Processed via Stripe.
• Affiliate payouts: Paid only via PayPal. No exceptions.
• Payout schedule: The 15th of every month for eligible commissions from the prior month.
• Minimum payout: $100 or more is required to receive a payout in a given cycle.
• If you do not meet the minimum payout in a given month, your balance will roll over to the next payout cycle.

4. Tracking & Cookie Duration

• Tracking is handled via unique affiliate links and cookies.
• Cookie duration: 7 days from the user’s first click.
• Attribution is generally last-click within the cookie window unless the tracking system states otherwise.
• No self-referrals: Purchasing through your own affiliate link is not eligible for commissions.

5. Promotional Rules

Allowed: Affiliates may promote the Training via social media, email to their own audience, video content, blogging, and paid advertising, provided all marketing is truthful and compliant.

Not Allowed: The following are prohibited and may result in withheld commissions and/or removal from the program:

• Spam, unsolicited messaging, or deceptive tactics
• False or misleading claims, including income guarantees
• Impersonating Automate Prosperity LLC or representing yourself as an employee/agent
• “Cookie stuffing,” forced clicks, or fraudulent tracking
• Coupon/deal site promotion without written approval
• Bidding on brand terms (e.g., “Automate Prosperity,” “Amazon Influencer Review Training,” or similar branded terms) without written permission
• Any promotional method that violates laws, FTC rules, or platform ad policies

6. Refunds, Chargebacks & Adjustments

If a purchase is refunded, charged back, deemed fraudulent, or otherwise reversed, the related affiliate commission may be reduced or removed. We reserve the right to hold commissions if we suspect fraud or policy violations.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate any affiliate account at any time for violations of this Agreement, fraud, or unethical promotion. Upon termination, affiliate links may be deactivated and commissions may be withheld or forfeited where permitted by law.

8. Independent Contractor

Affiliates are independent contractors. Nothing in this Agreement creates an employment relationship, partnership, joint venture, or agency.

1. Scope of Work & Proposal

Website projects are provided as packaged services. The specific scope, features, and deliverables will be discussed with you and confirmed in writing via invoice and/or proposal (“Project Agreement”). The Project Agreement controls if any conflict exists with these general terms.

2. Payment Terms

• All deposits are non-refundable once work begins.
• If the project is paused or canceled after work has started, payments made are non-refundable.
• Additional work outside scope may require additional invoices.

3. Timeline

• Typical turnaround is 7–14 business days.
• The 7–14 business day timeline begins only after we receive all requested items from you (see “Client Responsibilities” below).
• If delays are caused by missing content/access, the timeline pauses until all items are received.

4. Client Responsibilities

To complete your project, you agree to provide requested items promptly, which may include:

• Brand assets (logo, colors, fonts)
• Website copy (text for pages) and any required legal text
• Images/videos you have rights to use
• Access to domain/DNS, accounts, or platform permissions
• Business details, contact info, and any required policies

5. Revisions

• Projects include 2 rounds of revisions after the first draft is delivered.
• Revisions are intended for edits/adjustments—not a full redesign.

6. Out-of-Scope Work

Additional pages, new features, major layout changes, or work not listed in the Project Agreement are out-of-scope and may require additional fees.

7. Ownership

• Client Ownership: Once final payment is made, you own your finished website content for your business use.
• Template Ownership: Automate Prosperity LLC retains ownership of underlying templates, layouts, snapshots, systems, and reusable framework elements used to build the project.

8. Maintenance & Ongoing Support

Ongoing website edits, maintenance, or support may be available for an additional fee. Any ongoing support will be provided only if agreed to in writing.

9. Third-Party Platforms & Downtime

You acknowledge that websites built in GoHighLevel rely on third-party services and infrastructure. Automate Prosperity LLC is not responsible for outages, downtime, platform changes, hosting interruptions, or issues caused by GoHighLevel or other third-party providers.

10. Compliance & Content

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your website content, claims, and compliance requirements (including disclosures, privacy policies, terms, and industry regulations). By providing content or assets, you confirm you have the rights/permission to use them.

1. All Sales Final

• Due to the nature of digital products and immediate access, refunds are not provided.
• If you have technical issues accessing your purchase, contact us and we will help resolve it.

2. Services (Website Builds)

• Deposits are non-refundable once work begins.
• Work completed outside scope may require additional fees and is not refundable.
